SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING IN NZ-

We ship NZ wide for a NZD $9.20 flat rate. Pick up is available if located within the Papamoa Beach area. Please specify in order notes in checkout. Shipping usually takes 3-7 working days. 

Once items have been picked up, you will receive an email with your tracking information. We will always advise if we expect any delay.

Please note, for rural deliveries, we are unable to offer a 'signature required' delivery service - to ensure the safe delivery of your goods, please specify in the order notes a safe place to leave your parcel. Please allow an extra two working days for delivery.

Shipping rates are calculated based on size and weight of the item. If an item is oversized we will get back to you regarding additional shipping costs.

Slab Ceramics takes great care with the process of making all products. All deliveries will be packaged carefully to ensure they reach you safely. However, we are not liable for any damages that happen during transit.

We can offer international shipping, please email us at slab.ceramics@gmail.com for a quote. 

EXCHANGES & REFUNDS-

All sales are final unless there is a fault with the product. If this is the case we will usually provide you with a full refund. Please advise us straight away of any faults by emailing slab.ceramics@gmail.com.

As all products are handmade and usually one offs, it can be hard to remake a product to be exactly the same as the one you purchased. In this case, please take extra care with your item and please read over how to care for it on each product page.
